Well, you can create systems within your business that will do the exact same thing.  There is a way to get people to come into your facility, systems to keep people coming back, engaged and bringing in their friends.

My name is Geo Rockwell, and I am the founder of Fitrilla. (A real person who loves to CrossFit and build CrossFits)

In 2009 I moved to San Diego and opened a successful and profitable gym. In 2012 I decided to move back home to Baltimore and sold my ownership of CrossFit Mission Gorge.  The gym was appraised at over six figures and had over 200 members.   If you want to learn my strategies then sign up (it’s freaking free)!

Fitrilla is about a movement.  About a group of fitness entrepreneurs that want to challenge the status quo.  How can we become better? Can we change more lives? Can we drive in more Business? This is a place where you come to learn, grow and evolve.  It is a platform, not a one person show, for everyone to share and learn from proven founders. When I moved to San Diego, I gave up my benefits,  retirement, and job security.  I had no job and no plan, but I arrived ready to get started.  I found a lead on Craig’s List, drove to gym and was hired on the spot.  I went from a physical education teacher with an office, responsibility and salary to a front desk, smoothie making, spin class instructor/personal trainer.  Not what I envisioned, but it lead me to my business partner and we ended up making a great team. 

We were tired of turning over 70% of what the client paid us and making double protein, mango smoothies.  So we set out to open our own gym. After a few months of planning we bootstrapped the business with our own money and  have been profitable since the first month.  I want to show you how it is possible by sharing our story and interviewing other successful fitness entrepreneurs.
